These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 279rc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, product, feature, or content made available through the 279rc website and associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").
By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise engaging with the 279rc Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of the 279rc Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 279rc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account found to belong to an underage individual.
Age Restriction: Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on 279rc. Any winnings derived from an underage account will be forfeited in full.
The Platform is primarily directed at adult players residing in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your obligation — not ours — to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in the location from which you are connecting.
Each individual person may hold no more than one (1) registered Account on 279rc. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing platform restrictions, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 279rc support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15.
279rc operates a mandatory identity verification process in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, 279rc reserves the right to restrict withdrawals. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your Account or any funds held therein to any other party. 279rc reserves the right to close any Account suspected of being accessed by multiple individuals.
279rc supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet (TnG), Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified Malaysian bank account or e-wallet held in the Account holder's own name. 279rc does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours; however, 279rc does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal methods. These limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and may be subject to change. VIP Programme members may be entitled to enhanced limits as specified in their applicable tier terms.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No currency conversion charges are applied to domestic MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits, where supported, will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by 279rc are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically upon conclusion of that period.
279rc operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers; and colluding with other players to fulfil bonus conditions. 279rc reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the relevant account.
279rc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued prior to the date of such change.
All wagers placed on the Platform — whether on sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, or international fixtures, or on casino and live dealer games — are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market type. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or market interface.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the 279rc Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 279rc or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from 279rc.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 279rc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:
In no event shall 279rc's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than verified Terms breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Account holder via a payment method acceptable to 279rc. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless expressly stipulated otherwise.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 279rc support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 279rc holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
279rc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
